Brooke Sternberg (she/her) views childbirth through a holistic lens, meaning that she considers birth to be more than a medical procedure. She is a spirited Doula with a background in the Healing Arts and Integrative Coaching. Her approach blends conventional doula support and therapeutic practices, which focus on co-creating an informative, transformative roadmap and builds a foundation for birthing in awareness, no matter the location or the outcome. She hopes always to leave her clients feeling positive, empowered, and prepared for their journey ahead. She believes that the knowledge expectant parents seek is already within. She is simply an empathic birth companion who supports a birthing person's journey and midwives their new beginning.
