Carmen trained in NYC with Debra Pascali-Bonaro, of Orgasmic Birth, and interned at Labor & Delivery at NYU prior to arriving to the Tampa Bay area in 2016. As a C.O.P.E- Community Outreach Perinatal Educator her focus is on improving birth outcomes in the Tampa Bay Area. Experience with births at TGH, St. Joseph's, and AdventHealth.
