Co-Owner of The Nurtured Mother LLC, TNM Certified Doula and Certified Yoga Teacher - I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification at Joyful Yoga & Spa in April 2010. Throughout the years I have received additional training and certificates in Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, and Kids Yoga. During my Doula Certification, I was offered a unique opportunity to train alongside some of the best Doulas in the area. The hands on experience gave me a deeper understanding of the individual approach and techniques that are necessary to support women and their families before, during, and after childbirth.
