A deep, synchronistic calling led me to birth-work. My role as a full-spectrum birth doula is fueled by a mission to empower birthing individuals' autonomy and intuitive wisdom. I have worked as a meditation and mindfulness facilitator, leading workshops on intuitive decision making, emotional-awareness, and stress management in corporate and community settings, and reiki healing. Before settling back down in Miami (my hometown), I lived in Austin TX, Thailand, Israel, and most recently New York City.
