I am a retired NICU nurse and a Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I have always enjoyed working with moms and babies and am excited to do so as a doula. I have had many people tell me I have a "calming voice and a calming presence", hence the name for my business. I look forward to teaching and providing a supportive role to enable each mother to experience a memorable birth.
