I am a certified labor and postpartum doula in Tucson, Arizona (Pima County). I have been actively practicing as a labor and postpartum doula, childbirth educator and lactation educator for 24 years. I have had various trainings and certifications with D.O.N.A, CAPPA and ProDoula. I have worked at all of our local area hospitals, birth centers, and midwifery centers over the course of my career. I am very much involved with my community, resources, and providers in my area. Personally, I grew up in Tucson, AZ. I have 4 adult children and an amazingly supportive partner. We enjoy our 2 cats and 1 dog, traveling, movies, time with friends/family, and the beautiful Sonoran desert. I love writing, drawing, research, social media, anything outdoors, movies, decorating, comedies, all the memes, positivity/laughter...and the fact that my doula work never feels like a job - but a passion and a true honor.
