As a full-spectrum trained doula and mother I pride my practice on preparing my clients for birth no matter where they plan to give birth by proper evidence-based education, emotional support, and physical support. I work through any fears the birthing person may have and coping mechanisms for all stages of labor. I believe in whole body care and preparation for birth. It is a great honor to be allowed into ones birthing space and I make sure to hold the space for them and help the navigate this new period in their life.
