Mother of 5 and originally from Illinois, Janice, the owner and founder of Blissful Beginnings Doula Services, LLC has been supporting families as a certified full spectrum Doula for almost 5 years in both the states of MO & KS. Janice describes herself as a mother, wife, and daughter first and foremost. For many of her clients she is an instructor, advocate, and often consultant. Advocacy has been a gift that keeps on giving and has helped build all the experience it takes to support families through their most sacred time in life. Serving on numerous partnerships to make sure that every person that wants a doula could have one, she sees the value in what that support looks like in the birth space. Doula work has been pivotal, but she also provides many other services to be a one stop shop for families so they can have balance throughout pregnancy. Outside of doula work, she homeschools 3 of her children, loves to cook, and travels whenever possible to experience other places in the world and stay well rounded.
