Meet Tabitha, the owner of Doula Tab in Chula Vista, CA. Tabitha is a certified birth and postpartum doula, certified through DONA International, International Doula Institute, and Lifespan Doulas. She has been in the doula field for 30 years, attending hundreds of births and postpartum clients. When she's not with clients, Tabitha loves to bake, knit, and take international vacations. Tabitha and her husband have been married nearly 40 years and share three children and one grandchild. Fun fact about Tabitha: despite being extremely healthy, she rarely eats fruits or vegetables!
