I am am experienced, laid-back doula. During prenatals my goal is to provide education and options first that will allow you to become an active participant in your prenatal care. During birth my goal is not to take charge and tell you what you should do, but rather to walk beside you as you do you. I want you to feel like this is birth is yours to lead, experience and enjoy; you are not just there while everyone else does things for or to you without your input. I already believe in you and your ability to birth. My goal is help YOU believe in you.
