Each individual is beautiful, whole and unique and I am here to honor your experiences, emotions and needs with compassion and evidence-based information. It is my sincere wish that you feel informed, heard, connected and nurtured on your journey! I am a Certified Full Spectrum, Labor & Birth, and Postpartum birthworker (doula) and a Certified Pelvic Floor YogaTM Instructor. As a Full Spectrum birthworker, I am trained to support all reproductive experiences, including miscarraige, abortion, stillbirth, infant loss, adoption and fertility. I offer informed and respectful support to all birthing people.
