I am a full-spectrum doula, lactation counselor, and childbirth educator, with a bachelor’s degree in Human and Child Development. I am certified as both a birth and postpartum doula through DONA International. Additionally, I am also a Stillbirthday credential doula able to provide birth and bereavement support for birth in any trimester. I am also a lactation counselor and certified childbirth educator. I am passionate about supporting and empowering families, especially during pivotal life experiences such as bringing a child into the world. I love being a listening ear, sharing evidence-based information, and providing practical and physical support to new families.
