Hi, I'm Tabby. I'm a proud AfroAmericanLatina. I am passionate about advocating for better birth outcomes in marginalized communities. I've been a birth worker since 2006 and have helped hundreds of families to have access to evidence based birth maternity education. I am a Certified Medical and Dental Office Assistant through Ashworth College, a Birth Arts International Midwife's Assistant, and ProDoula Certified Labor Doula. I have worked as a skilled birth assistant in Volusia county and completed clinical practicum at The Volusia Tribe Community Pregnancy Clinic. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from University of Arizona Global Campus in Health & Wellness with a focus on Complementary and Alternative Health. I am BLS and NRP certified. My ultimate goal is to become a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
