I’m a mama to 5 kids (plus 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 5 ducks) and I can’t help but carry that maternal energy around with me to every family I work with. ‘Mother the mothers’ is one of my favorite doula philosophies and to me that means educating, preparing, nurturing, advocating for, and loving mamas (and their partners) through their pregnancies, births, and the postpartum period.
