My name is Melvay Solomon. I am a certified full spectrum Doula, Home Birth Assistant, Midwife student and Placenta Encapsulator in training. As a full spectrum doula am trained in Prenatal, Postpartum and infant mortality. My specialty as a doula are words of affirmation and emotional support. This is important for my practice because one of the main jobs as a Doula is to provide emotional support. Luckily, I am a cancer zodiac sign, so we are known for being in tune with our feelings. My philosophy as a doula is to provide holistic support, advocacy and education during the pregnancy and labor experience.
