Shatara is the CEO of Divine Doula Goddess Inc in Fayetteville, NC. She is known as the spiritual and professional birth doula of the community. As a proud natural healer and Indigenous Wombman, Shatara passionately feels her life purpose is to liberate, uplift, and empower the families she supports. She has eight beautiful children and has had seven natural births, three being unassisted lotus births in the comfort of her own home. She provides continuous physical, mental, and emotional support before, during, and after childbirth. A supported birth is her priority. Shatara has been a professional doula since 2018 and assisted over 100 families. Shatara is a Birth Doula Instructor, Mentor, and Placenta Encapsulation Specialist. She takes pride in helping to improve birthing outcomes in her community.
