Meet Tina Allen, the owner of Ahma's Heart Doula Service in Lake City, Fl. Tina is a doula trained through the G. R. O. W Doula program, a childbirth educator trained through Family Trees Birth Programs, and a Health Start Social Service Counselor. When not with clients, I am working on my master's in psychology with a focus on child and adolescent development, spent time with family, and work on my many hobbies.
