As a CAPPA trained Birth Doula , I work with families during pregnancy, during labor, and during the immediate post-partum period. I've worked as a doula for almost 2 years as well as have worked as a nurse for over 12 years. I'm a mother myself and love to run. I specifically have a passion for home births, vbac, and multiples.
